Fix Guide: Tahoe Safari "Shared with You" Sync Loops
Symptom: Safari on macOS Tahoe repeatedly cycles through "Shared with You" content, causing high CPU usage and missing links from the sidebar.
Why this happens
A synchronization mismatch between the cloudmsh daemon and the Safari local database causes the sync process to restart indefinitely.
